The sole mission of the OutLIT is to promote and shape Leading Innovative Talent (LIT) in the hip hop culture. Plugging in our leaders of the hip hop community with our millennial youth to create a atmosphere that will produce more mentors and leaders. To provide a place where the youth can go to express themselves through the hip hop culture, in such a way that it gives them the freedom to be unique, Expression of hip hop through dance, music, poetry, graffiti, drawings, boxing, wrestling, acting, drama plays, and musical. Whatever your outlet is as a career or a hobby you will grow and lead with the instruments necessary to deal with the changes of pitch and tone in your everyday life.
